1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the mcd88 platform ("Platform"), operated under an international licence. By accessing the mcd88.one website, registering an account, making a deposit or using any service provided by mcd88, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. User Eligibility and Age Limit

mcd88 services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of account registration.
• Not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Not voluntarily or mandatorily listed as an individual excluded from gambling activities.
• Registering personally — not on behalf of another person or under the direction of a third party.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

mcd88 reserves the right at any time to request age and identity verification from users. Documents that may be requested include a copy of the identity card (MyKad), passport or equivalent official document. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to register one account only. Holding more than one account ("multiple accounts") is strictly prohibited and is a serious breach of these terms. Multiple accounts that are detected may be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited.

During the registration process, users are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including full name, date of birth, an active mobile number and email address. False or misleading information will affect the validity of the account.

• The username and password must be kept fully confidential by the user.
• Users are responsible for all activity that takes place within their account.
• mcd88 will not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access due to user negligence.
• If a user suspects that their account has been compromised, they must notify the mcd88 support team immediately.

Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred, sold or shared with any other party. Users also may not register an account on behalf of another person.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

mcd88 accepts a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM50. Supported methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (QR and direct transfer)
• Online banking via FPX (including major banks in Malaysia)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

Deposit funds will only be credited to the user's account after payment is confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details are accurate. mcd88 is not responsible for delays or failed deposits arising from errors made by the user or third-party payment processors.

mcd88 reserves the right to reject or hold any deposit suspected of originating from unlawful or suspicious activity. In such cases, the support team will contact the user to obtain the necessary explanation and documents.

5. Withdrawals and Procedures

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed in under 1 hour once the request is verified, subject to account verification and relevant compliance requirements.

Before the first withdrawal request can be processed, users may be required to complete an identity verification process (KYC). Documents that may be required include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport. This is a standard procedure to ensure the security of user funds.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit, or to another method that has been verified by the mcd88 team.
• Winnings obtained through bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• mcd88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review purposes in exceptional cases.
• Users may not make a withdrawal if there are active bets or bonus balances with outstanding wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

mcd88 offers various bonuses and promotions to its users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. Users are advised to read the terms of each bonus carefully before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus (First Deposit): A 100% match bonus of up to RM1,500 is given for the first deposit of new users. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

mcd88 VIP Programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity level and loyalty.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users.
• mcd88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through improper means or in violation of the terms.
• Only one bonus is allowed to be active at any one time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

7. General Game Rules

All games offered on the mcd88 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and Sic Bo — are operated using software from licensed developers that use independently audited random number generators (RNG).

The results of all games are final once completed. mcd88 will not reverse the outcome of a valid game unless a technical error can be proven. In such cases, the original stake will be returned and no winnings will be paid.

• Users are fully responsible for every bet placed in their account.
• The use of automated software, bots or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage may result in account closure.
• Winnings obtained through software errors or unusual technical circumstances will not be honoured.

8. Permitted User Conduct

mcd88 users are required to interact with the platform and other users respectfully and responsibly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of offensive language, threats or harassment directed at support staff or other users.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorisation.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Spreading false information about mcd88 or its services.
• Uploading or sending content that is unlawful, illegal or harmful.
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the mcd88 support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

mcd88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion or investigation related to fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• A user's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authority.

In cases where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, any balance will be held temporarily and will not be accessible to the user until the investigation is concluded. Users will be informed of the investigation status via their registered email.

10. mcd88 Liability Limitations

The mcd88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While mcd88 makes every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors or unplanned downtime.

• mcd88 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses suffered by users as a result of using the platform.
• mcd88 is not liable for internet service disruptions, hardware failures or technical issues beyond our control.
• mcd88 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties including payment processors and game providers.
• mcd88's maximum liability in any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

Users acknowledge that gambling carries real financial risk and are fully responsible for their decision to play. mcd88 encourages all users to practise responsible gambling.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

mcd88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where mcd88 holds its international licence. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or these terms shall be resolved through the channels specified under that licence.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or ineffective by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
